Policies
Reservation Policy: Guaranteed with either cash deposit or credit card deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover.
Arrival/Departure Policy: Campground Check In Time -- 2PM
Cabins & Lodge Rooms Check In Time -- 3PM
Check Out Time -- 11AM - All Accomodations
Cancellation Policy: All lodging -- 7 days notice for each day booked
Campground -- 72 hours notice for each day booked
All Holidays and Special Events - both Lodging & Campground -- subject to 14 days notice for each day booked (3 day minimum booking for all holidays)
All Cancellations are subject to a $20 Cancellation Fee

We are animal-friendly and welcome our guests who enjoy traveling and vacationing with their family pet(s). However, to ensure all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable time we recommend our guests board their animal(s) before coming, UNLESS they can guarantee compliance with the following regulations. Aggressive animals of ANY breed are not welcome. If an animal shows behavior that is protective, unfriendly or aggressive in ANY manner, we will ask you to find other accommodations, without refund. Please be considerate of others.
- NO PITBULLS OR PITBULL MIXES ALLOWED IN THIS PARK
- Pets should be on a short leash and always under control. They must remain tied on a strong durable chain or rope that will not allow the pet to extend off the site or deck area, in any direction.
- Pets should never be left unattended.
- When walking your pet(s) they should always be kept on a short leash.
- Clean up ALL deposits made by your pet regardless of location.
- All pets should have proper papers for vaccinations and be available to the Campground Owner.
- If any pet is creating a disturbance or being a nuisance, that pet shall be immediately removed from the park at the request of Management.
- No more than three (3) pets per site.
- Visitors of guests are not permitted to bring pets into the park.
- Children who walk their pet on a leash MUST be responsible and able to control their animal at ALL times.
- No pets allowed in Recreation Room, Playground, Swimming Pool Area, RV Bathrooms or Sports areas.
- If you need clarification on any of these regulations, it is your responsibility to get it from the office - or management prior to arrival.
Group Rates/Discount Policy: For some affiliations certain date restrictions may apply. Please check with us or your group or organization.
